How to Request Account Deletion?

To request the deletion of your Peso account and associated data, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Send an email to founders@pesohq.com from the email address associated with your Peso account.

Step 2: In the subject line, please indicate “Account Deletion Request”.

Step 3: In the body of the email, provide your full name and any additional identifying information to help us locate your account.

Upon receiving your request, our team will promptly process your account deletion request. Please allow up to 60 days for your data to be completely removed from our system.

Data Retention Policy

We understand the importance of data privacy and aim to be transparent about how we handle user data. Here’s what you need to know about our data retention policy:


Types of Data Deleted or Kept:

Upon account deletion request, we permanently remove all personal data and associated records stored within Peso.
Any identifiable information linked to your account, including contact details and interaction history, will be securely deleted from our servers.

Retention Period:

Deleted data is retained in our system for a period of 60 days, after which it is permanently erased from our servers.
During this retention period, your data remains inaccessible and is subject to strict privacy protocols to ensure confidentiality and security.
