Subscriptions

  • Free Trial : Peso offers a free trial period, you are encouraged to use it to evaluate the product before committing to a paid subscription.

  • Monthly Subscriptions : Payments made for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

  • Annual Subscriptions : You may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase of an annual plan if you are not satisfied. After this period, no refunds will be issued.


One-Time Purchases


For any one-time purchases of services, add-ons, or credits, payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or activated.

  • Transaction/Invoice ID.

  • Reason for refund request


Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited to your original payment method.
